Israeli Strike on Gaza

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF), Palestinian security, and medical sources reported the death of a Hamas militant by an Israeli air strike in Gaza early Wednesday morning. The IDF stated that the strike targeted two armed men approaching a fence in northern Gaza. Palestinian security also stated that the Hamas’ military wing was firing rockets at the Israeli border. There were reports by Palestinian sources on Tuesday of four people, including two children, being killed from rocket fire from Gaza by Palestinian. The IDF said an Israeli aircraft fired a missile at two armed Palestinians in central Gaza, roughly 600 meters from the fence, although Palestinian sources could only confirm one death and two wounded. The Israeli army stated that their second attack was on two Palestinian men standing near a rocket launcher in the area in which had just fired a missile on Israel a short time before. The Hamas security reported that Israel had killed two boys, both 11 years of age. The IDF also reported that in the last four days, more than 40 rocket and other shells were fired on Israel from Gaza. Ignoring the continuing rivalry in Gaza, the European Union and Palestinian Authority agreed that deliveries of fuel to the Gaza power plant would resume provisionally.
With my understanding of this situation, discontinuation of fuel to the Gaza power plant could affect the life of those who depend on that plant. Another arousing question to ponder would be what happens when Israeli forces decide to take out the power and the attack takes out more than it would if fuel is being transported. Then it would only anger Gaza more, and add fuel to the hatred already existing. I think either way the EU would have went with the fuel deliveries, the power my eventually be taken out anyway.
