The UN stated that rich countries had to have a certain amount of money to help the poorer countries adapt to the warmer weather caused by global warming. Without this aid some countries would be unable to adapt to the warmer weather along with having a drought, therefore altering their life style as well as possibly their reproduction. these countries undergoing this change in weather will effect their lifestyle from recreation to necessities. The warmer weather is going to make the water levels rise therefore taking over their land and making farming harder. A 400 page Human Development Report also said that the UN found that by 2015 the Co2 levels along with other greenhouse gases have to be at a level where it is stable as well as starting to be reduced. Even though this is in effect most of the developed countries are not meeting their treaty.
