Have degree...Can work

The India Times reports that Indian students are starting to take advantage of the opportunity to stay in the foreign country that they earned their degrees in to obtain work experience in their field of study. It appears that many countries that open their doors to foreign students are taking a further step to attract these students by changing their immigration regulations. In some cases, these changes include government schemes/programs that allow students to earn points to use toward residency in the country where they studied. In addition, some governments are extending visas and giving special work provisions. Countries such as New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Scotland, and Singapore are participating in such changes. It appears a trend is being set to not only host education to foreign students but to also take advantage of that education by using it in the work field.
