Iran has continualy denied any intentions or programs of developing nuclear weapons, but valuable evidence has many concerned about their ability. China is nervous about the Islamic republic denying to make nuclear weapons which should concern many nations considering China is not easily intimidated. Their 'tip off' about the Iranian program also comes as a suprise because they are not known to aid the United Nations in many matters. Diplomats, who are anonomous because of their knowledge of confidential information, have informed the International Atomic Energy Agency intelligence of increased survellance on Iran. This brings suspicion from all angles and needs to be taken in to concideration that this information could be misleading, or even an attempt to falsely implicate Iran. But there is knowledge of a document that talks of experiments with implosion technology that can be used to detonate a nuclear weapon. The document is seen to be genuine but unknown if it really came from Iran. One major implication is that it contained a 15 page document that outlined how to form uranium metal into the shape of warhead.
This should come as deep concern for the entire world. Among many cultural, civil, and social differences with the Islamic republic, actions from this region are usually covered up until they are carried out. Tehran was working on nuclear weapons until 2003, but is said to continued these experiments after that time says US intelligence. This brings up the question, why is Iran so secretive about their nuclear weapon activity? Is it to avoid accusations and judgement while they are trying to keep up with other nations around the world? Or, is it because they were trying to keep others thinking they had no knowledge of this topic to keep from being in the spot light if some missions were to be carried out?
