Homes all over the nation are selling at a loss. Especially in Washington around Seattle the buyers who bought them less is now having to sell the houses a lot less for what they bought them for. In 2005 in the summer, it was the highest it had been since the market took a turn and people were losing money on their houses. Many people are having to do a quick sell and give things for free, or having to sell their house way lower then what the value of what the house really is. Most of the people who are losing their money on the houses the most is when they bought their house just in 2007.

The economy is just drowning right now and especially the housing market. The market in Nevada and mainly in Las Vegas, 73 percent of the houses sold loss in the 4th quarter in 2008. Every state is suffering, even the states that are growing bigger like Las Vegas. They said that the market is still looking like the market will be losing value for the sellers and buys will be buying houses way cheaper then they should ever have to be.
