Police in Bangladesh arrested a man by the name of Faisal Mostafa for running a training camp and arms factory for Islamic militants. He was running an orphanage as a front for the training camp that he had explosives, illegal weapons and ammunition. This man is someone who has a chemistry degree and a PhD in metals corrosion, so he is a very educated man. The authorities found out about this militant training camp when they raided the orphanage that was ran by Mostafa. His charity was called Green Crescent. During the raid they found about 10 firearms, 3,000 rounds of ammunition and enough explosive for hundreds of grenades. Others that were arrested were caretakers and teachers at the orphanage.

I was not surprised when I read this article. There are many businesses in America that are either selling drugs or selling illegal firearms out of their business. I could see it happen more often in other countries more so than America. It is sad to think of the children that were in this setting because they were probably working with the firearms and grenades because they were told to do so. I am glad the authorities in Bangladesh found out what was going on so these people can be put away and these children can move to another orphanage and get the correct education and home life that they deserve. To think of what they children had to go through is what I can’t get over. They were probably forced to work and forced to do things against their own will. Hopefully these people will be put in jail and never let out.
