Not only are ticks causing problems in Asia but mosquitoes as well, and maybe even worse. The disease that is running across the global but is getting more severe in Central Asia is the Dengue/ Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever. It is caused my mosquitoes and has a severe flu-like symptoms and can become very lethal if it is not caught in time. Dengue was first found in the 1950s in the Philippines and Thailand, but has now spread to Africa, Americas, Eastern Mediterranean, South-east Asia, and Western Pacific. Over two-fifths of the worlds population has been infected by this disease and it’s only getting worse since there is no specific treatment for the disease. Seeing how the mosquitoes like man-method containers such as metal drums and concrete cisterns, the only way to really try to contain this from growing is to keep environmental control and watch chemical methods. Vector Control has been trying to spray large spaces that would draw theses mosquitoes by using aircrafts and trucks. Using theses vechiles allows for Vector Control to spray across a variety of planes and atmospheres.
Like I said last time this is a tragic epidemic that needs funding to find a cure or else we are just seeing the beginning of this horrible fever. It will take over more continents and the illness will spread to more than just Asia and surrounding areas. Act now or forever witness the consequences.

With this new fast-traveling disease and the swine flu the human population may be endangered.. nah just kidding. But that is scary to think of and hopefully scientists are working on vaccines and pesticides to kill the mosquitos and the dengue virus they carry.
