.:.Summary:.
Israel knows that Iran is its biggest threat, but really how big is that threat? This is unclear, but Israel prepares for the worst. For at least a year now Israel has been preparing to protect itself from attack, though they won’t say where they think the attack will come from. All they will say is that the security of their nation is an ongoing concern. It has been said that Iran is working on producing weapons of mass destruction in the form of nuclear warheads. There is no actual proof of this other than the ownership of low-enriched uranium that could be further tampered with to make it weapons grade. There can be no official timeline made for these accusations. Iran promises that its nuclear experiments are purely peaceful and says that Israel itself is believed to have nuclear capability even though this also cannot be proven. The US has taken the stance of not negotiating anything with Iran and urges other countries to do the same. The real issue is, what will happen to the Middle East if Iran does become nuclear capable?
.:Reaction:.
I believe that there should be an international regulation with nuclear warheads since it is impossible to agree to not have them at all. Every country will always want to have the power over all the others and the only way civilization recognizes this is through military force. Therefore, there should be some sort of enforced regulation and oversight of all nuclear experimentation and usage. It is not safe for hostile countries like Iran to have the power to blow their enemies off of the planet.

Regulating nuclear warheads is a good idea as long as EVERY country, including those implementing the rules, follows them. The US has been very good at saying which countries shouldn't have nuclear weapons, while having quite a lot of them here. That doesn't send a very straight or clear message to the countries whose weapons we want to regulate.
