Scientists Test "Miracle" Pill to Cure Period Pains
Groups of Southampton scientist have created a pill that will hopefully cure the intense pain of menstrual cramps for women. The pill is currently being tested and experiments are taking place as well. To be more specific, the drug is in the second phase of testing, including 128 women between the ages of 18 and 35. Scientists seem confident that the pill, which comes from the drug VA111913, will work and thus put an end to menstrual pains forever. According to the experts, period pains are simply contraction in the womb that occurs once it starts to shed the inner lining. This causes a pause in the blood flow, which ultimately can cause additional pain. With this pill, all the above will continue to take place however the uncomfortable feelings and pains will no longer be an issue. Overall, those included in this discovery think that it will definitely be a success and should hit stores by next year.
Reaction: Overall, I think this will be a great product to hit stores and thus begin the transformation of the menstrual cycle experience for women. I know a lot of women who suffer from severe menstrual pains and usually resort to excessive amounts of Tylenol, Motrin, Ibuprofen, etc. While this can obviously become dangerous, it also makes your body immune to the medications meaning they will not perform as well after some time. If there is a guaranteed way to deal with the pains of menstruation, women can put forth a greater effort in their daily lives and thus have one less thing to worry about.

This would be amazing if this pill does actually work and doesnt get any dangerous/harmful side affects from the test and experiments that the researchers are running. Having cramps every month and on important days is a big distraction and this would be a huge help to women.
