Blog, labor issues between gender inequalities

The work force today is alot better than it use to be in America between men and women. Back in the 50's and prior women were discouraged to work because the male in the house is suppose to be the main money maker and the women are the ones that stay home and take care of all the family responsibilities. As the years went on women started to get employed for cheap labor and they had less complaints and requests then men. So throughout the years women were not treated as well as men because they knew they would not complain about their salaries. Still to this day men are in all the leadership rolls, from Presidentcy to CEO's. If you even look at a school program most teachers are women, but mostly all the Principals and administrators are men. In 1999 there was an action plan set in America to try and equal men and women in the work force. Today women still only get 78 cents to a dollar compared to men. This is alot better from in the 60's when women only got around 35 cents per dollar of the man. It still doesnt equal out but to me women are going to take over. They are alot better at school and alot more deticated to there jobs than most men. There are more women in graduate school today and in Feburary of 2011 women actually hold more jobs in America then men do. All i have to say is in the next 30 years that will flip to me, men will make only 78 cents to every dollar women make. They are unstoppable, they hold their jobs along with still doing to household responsibilites. While men are becoming cowards and running away from home because they are no longer needed for the woman. To me soon America will be ran by woman, mark my word!
