This article is about the tuberculosis(TB) disease spreading around in South Africa, and how they plan to come up with a tuberculosis vaccine by 2022. In the article this stated how it was going to be a very diffcult thing to do . They also stated in order for a transformation to come South Africa they wanted to treat the entire country. The article said "Each year there are about nine million new cases of TB and 1.4 million deaths. The disease often occurs in people who have HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, due to their compromised immune systems. This is a major reason that tuberculosis TB is spreading around in South Africa and also other poor countries. The article mainly focused on how they are working on a master plan for TB called the TB vaccine blueprint. This vaccine that they are coming up with is going to be used to treat TB. From what I have researched TB is a bacterium caused by mycobacterium. It is spread by mucus from the infected person. Tb is very serious some people have no symptoms and some symptoms occur six mouths later. Tb infects the lungs cord and the bloodstream. I also know that we do have treatment for it but treatment for "tuberculosis usually combines several different antibiotic drugs that are given for at least six months, sometimes for as long as 12 months". Also the patient has to be closely monitored.I am so happy that they are trying to resolce this issue to stop  the spread of TB which is claiming so many lives i hope with all the research teams that are helping them may develop something before 2022.
