Organized Doping Ring in Aussie Professional Sports

As of Thursday night, the 7th of February Australia has for the first time, uncovered the use of banned drugs within professional sports in the football league. The country was shocked to find that some of the sports most elite athletes were among those found to use the illegal substances. Some of the substances discovered have not even been tested for humans. The crime goes much farther than just the athlete alone, many coaches, sport scientists, doctors and pharmacists have overseen the doping of athletes. Although the investigation is still pending and no athletes have been charged, many could face suspensions, still some officials don't think that suspension would be enough.
Crime organizations manipulate sports by preying on the lesser athletes, the sub par athletes are more easily persuaded by the organizations and from there the problems spreads throughout the club house.

The integrity of professional sports is unfortunately a  growing problem, crime is always going to somehow be involved with sports whether its betting, match fixing or in this instance the direct change in the sport itself.
The investigation should weed out those who shouldn't be involved with the sport, but this will forever change sports in Australia.
