Organ trafficking

So Im not sure whether or not this is a crime, though Im sure somewhere near the genisis of this delimma some illegal activities are going on, but the trafficking of human organs is getting larger and less subtle than before. A boasting butcher, I mean, doctor* is a bit too comfortable in the thousands of succesful surgeries he's done. But where do these organs come from? Its stipulated that the majority of trafficked organs are sold by the poor so that the rich can live longer. When I say poor please try to imagine something a little bit more radical than a lower class apartment, I believe the class were trying to define here is people with no other choice.. I hope that organs are the last resort to a fiscal gain.
Anyway so theres this guy, the butcher/doctor joke I cracked early.... same guy!, who is proud of all the lives he is saving.. and I guess optimistically thats one way to look at it. If there is a large enough supply and demand I can't condem the guy, granted I think there are better ways about practicing medicine but than again hes not the guy thats out harvesting organs and lurking in the night either.
Ya know that old, well I dont know if I label it a myth or urban legand--about waking up in a bathtub full of ice with a shabby stitch job and a throbbing headache. Turns out thats less farfetched than we would hope. Basically I think this medicinal practice would lead to such radical methods of "harvesting" organs, which subsequently would lead to higher crime and a higher water bills. So as much as the blame isnt solely of the doctor, more to the thrivingly consistant black market, I would say he's not helping in any way..
spoooky stuff, huh?
anyway, I guess you can take away a few key ideas here:
1.) If you ever need an organ contact Dr. Yusef Sonmez
2.) be weary of strangers who look like theyre capable of removing your organs..
3.) baths are supposed to be hot
4.) Worst things are going on than wed like to beleive...

Suicide car bombers staged an attack on Pilgims on their way to a religious Shrine in the city of Karbala killing at least 52 people and wouding over 150. These attacks have been happening annual, as annual as the pilgrimage itself, for the last 7 years. This type of cowardess terrorism is becoming more and more popular, unfortunately, and though it seems undignified will be marked as a Victory to the terrorists themselves. Of course no one claimed responsibilty to the attacks which reiterates the word cowardess.
However this religious war has been waging since long before the existance of the United States. Obviously beeing the soft hearted philanthropic country we are we take upon ourselves to send aid to the victims of such terrible crimes, and Im not saying that my heart doesnt go out to them, but this involvement brings the US further into the peripherals of the violent eye of religious persecution.
even more unfortunate is that there is an inability to stop such crimes. These cars were parked mockingly infront of a police station and even with hieghtened security went unnoticed. Though the pilgrims were devastated by the losses they experianced, some religious optimism shown through the rising smoke of the car bombs, a pilgim stated to the media that "I will be happy if I die while Im visiting my Imam." I guess, point being, they can bomb the people but they cant kill the faith.
