The hunt for Al-Qaeda based bombings continues as the fifth person is arrested for the attack on a terminal building in Glascow, Scotland. Prime minister Gordon Brown stated, "it is clear that we are dealing, in general terms, with people who are associated with Al Qaeda." Two men drove a jeep into an airport terminal causing the terminal to burst into flames. The driver of the Jeep was hospitalized after the incident. Many British newspapers reported that two of the attackers were doctors in British hospitals but police couldn't confirm these accusations. The police searched three vehicles and discovered useful things for this case. They also searched homes looking for possible explosives and made three arrests. Cars were not allowed in the terminal and the jeep was towed away from the scene.
I believe that terrorism is a big problem not just for the United States that we live in but for many other countries. Thus, causing war and terrorism to become a global problem that needs serious attention. If this "problem" isn't fixed soon then it will only continue to get worse. I believe that if countries could settle simple disputes without having to go to war with each other then terrorism would drastically decline. Until then terrorism rates are going to continue to increase.
