In this article, it’s explaining women surpassing men on the nation’s payroll while being in this recession. And it’s all because of the job losses and lay-offs. Now they are trying to find out why this is so. “82% of the job loss has been men”, who work in industries. However women are more likely to be employed in areas such as education and healthcare. This article also explains how women jobs I say are as important or carry as much weight than men jobs. Men work there jobs to take care of all the bills. While women work for the sake of child care and doing domestic work around the house. It also says women do not work as much than men. Women usually get part-time jobs without any health insurance or benefits. “Even in full-time jobs, women earn 80 cents for each dollar of their male counterparts’ income, according to the government data.” I honestly think the government and society is nervous about women dominating the world. But why is that? I know some households that go to my home church that has the women having a full-time job and the husband being a stay at home Dad or having a part-time job for some extra spending money. I don’t think that’s a problem. If women were to dominate soon, men wouldn’t know what to do with themselves having another human being that used to be inferior to them not having all of the authority.

Women who work do work just as hard as men, maybe not doing the same thing physically but still demanding. Look at the jobs that were pointed out in the article, education and health care. For some reason I think that chasing around 30 kids for seven hours a day and trying to figure out learning strategies that work best for each individual could be harder than what most lawyers do. And as for health care that is so emotionally draining I can’t even imagine. So women should do well we deserve it just as much as men do.
