The Internet has been essential factor in people's lives. we no longer communicate with people just by phone and mail, now we use computer or Smartphone, checking e-mail, talking with people and express opinions. in this era of Globalization, the Internet plays imperative role as a great tool for communication among people all over the world. the Internet Rights means human rights in online by being ensured right to express freely. in the recent situation in Tunisia, social network website called facebook was used as an effective way to spread the word and educate people. Tunisian people posted comments on facebook to let people what was happening in Tunisia, so someone call the Uprising in Tunisia "facebook revolution."

It seems a good effect about the power of the Internet, as it has been gaining more power by the movement towards Internet Rights. and it is ture that Internet rights is the same as human rights.

However, while the human rights to express individual are opinion online, there is one thing we should not ignore. It is the rights of human of being respected by people, including the people online. we call the people in online "netizen", as online community demonstrates exactly the citizens in one village. By the rights to express are getting more power, many people are being hurt by reckless comments on them. This is a big social problem in Korea, now Korea is known as one of the countries which have the great number of celebrities who committed suicide because of harsh comments on the web portal site. This phenomena is like a double-edged sword, so we should be aware of the power of the word of mouth in the Internet, it is more than enough to kill human.
