Blog 10: UK Education Standards Office Threatens Top Schools’ Status

I know in school sports we tend to figure out how to beat our opponent in that sport; it is starting to get this way between schools for the better education. In the United Kingdom some of the top rated schools are not giving aid to their fellow schools when they are not meeting standards. So why does it need to be like this? Isn’t our primary to make sure all children receive an equal e education?  If schools have the funds and the help to assist the schools that are not meeting schedules it would lead to a lot of thing, children getting a proper education, teachers getting paid, and supplies for the school.  That is the problem with our society; we are not willing to bend over backwards for people unless it can benefit them.  People need to consider if they were in those shoes and they needed help they would want someone to help them.  Sir Michael is the UK Ofsted director which makes sure the standards are met by the schools and he suggested that the teachers from the top rated schools become inspectors for the other schools.  The only downfall to this is that this would be expensive for the school system to afford.  We always talk about how some children do not get the education they deserve but they do not do much about it, this would be a good way to start. Yes it will cost some money but how could you put a price tag on an education? This program could open a lot of doors.
