This article is about the women of U.S. and Lebanon. The leading Lebanese and U.S. business leaders are going to meet on November 6 and 7 to explore critical issues surrounding the strategic planning and marketing for new business opportunities. More and more women are trying to start businesses in Lebanon, but may have problems because of the current economic crisis. The Corporate Ambassadors Program wants to impart practical strategic planning skills that enable businesswomen in Lebanon to successfully navigate the challenges of the current market. This event is the latest that is trying to bring leading businesswomen from the U.S., Middle East and North Africa for discussion and exchange on key economic issues. The Middle East and North Africa Businesswomen’s Network host each Corporate Ambassador event. This is amazing! Sorry but I never even realized that there was even a possibility of a women being a major business leader in developing countries. The Middle East of all places was the last thing I would expect to happen. It just shows that little by little women are becoming more respected. I also think that it’s a great idea and it shows unity for the women to be able to come together as one to work on the current issues at hand. The United States of America could learn a thing or two from these leading businesswomen.
