After the recent floods in Pakistan, there has been an increased threat of mosquito diseases. This is on the coast of Pakistan mostly in the city of Karachi. There have already been around one thousand cases of diseases, and five people have already died. Diseases like Malaria are at a much higher risk of being transmitted. Due to this increased amount of mosquito diseases, there has been an outbreak of people buying mosquito nets. The floods left a lot of people without homes, and therefore making it much harder to people to get relief. The hot weather is making it very hard for families to get out of the areas where these diseased mosquitoes will be. United Nation organizations have been working hard to tell the surrounding people of the risks that are present. They have been going to the different flood affected areas in order to warn them of the mosquitoes that could potentially kill them.

This is very concerning, and needs immediate help. The floods have completely put these people in horrible risks of being infected. This is a problem that needs to be helped, and I am glad that the United Nation organizations are trying to warn the people. The floods that have been happening all around the world can be a huge problem for everyone who is close to the affected areas. This is due to the fact there is decreased knowledge of how to protect them, and that most of them do not have homes to protect them. I hope that people become more aware, and that people are able to get mosquito nets in time, before it is too late.
